Gioutsos with main activity as an online Tourist Office with the distinctive title “MY GREECE TOURS” and number M.H.T.E 0261E70000583401 (hereinafter and for the sake of brevity the COMPANY) The COMPANY through the website promotes, informs, advertises and provides passenger transport services based in Athens to various destinations in Greece.
The services are addressed to individuals and businesses, are renewed based on purchasing interest and are carried out based on availability with a privately owned vehicle or a rented vehicle from a cooperating company. In the context of transparency, the COMPANY explicitly states that it is not a passenger transport intermediary (with Taxi or Rental Car with Driver), instead it clarifies that the services provided are carried out with privately owned vehicles or leased vehicles with drivers from third-party cooperating companies. For this reason, the visitor reserves every right to request the details of the cooperating company in order to proceed with booking services directly with the partner.
The visitor must and is responsible for studying the terms and conditions of each collaborating business before making a reservation with them. Visitors, users are responsible for accessing the site's services and any payment of fees to third parties (e.g. internet service providers, time spent on the site). They are also solely responsible for their personal equipment with the necessary technological means that allow them to access its services.
If visitors, users wish to benefit from the COMPANY's services, they agree to: provide true, accurate, valid and complete information regarding the data requested in the relevant applications for access to the contents/services, to inform in case of changes to their data, so that they are kept true, accurate, valid, updated and complete, to receive promotional and presentation material for the COMPANY's services. The boarding and disembarkation points are displayed to the COMPANY by the visitor during the pre-booking process. The visitor should be careful when filling in the details. The visitor can be informed by the COMPANY if he/she has any questions regarding the boarding and disembarkation point. The visitor must inform the COMPANY if the arrival or departure data or the general program for which he/she has informed the COMPANY changes.
Regarding airports, ports and stations, there is a maximum waiting time after the scheduled boarding time. The COMPANY has set a maximum waiting time of 1 hour. In case the visitor does not arrive at the agreed pre-determined point within 1 hour from the time of appointment, the driver with the COMPANY's vehicle has the right to withdraw and consider the pre-booking invalid. In this case, the cancellation policy and fine as stated in the relevant disclaimer paragraph apply. In any case of delay, more than one hour from the pre-determined time, the visitor must inform the COMPANY in a timely manner, i.e. within the time period of one hour from the pre-determined time. In this case, the visitor will be charged an additional cost.
Service charges are calculated in euros. Payment is made in euros in 3 different ways: 1) Payment by credit card including taxes and bank fees. 2) Payment via bank account including taxes. Bank fees are borne by the customer. 3) Payment in cash before or after the completion of the services that we have committed to provide you, only upon agreement. The COMPANY reserves the right at any time to modify any of the payment procedures in order to improve the commercial and pricing policy towards its customers without anyone's permission, by only informing these terms of use or via email to those directly concerned.
The COMPANY follows a specific cancellation policy. The policy may be modified by the COMPANY at any time it deems appropriate based on the applicable commercial policy and informs you via the website or via email during the quote request process: 1) For cases of cancellation at least 72 hours before the appointment there is no penalty. 2) For cases of cancellation from 72 to 24 hours before the appointment the penalty is 50% of the value of the services. 3) For cases of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment the penalty is 100% of the value of the services.
Any cancellation is considered valid only when we confirm that we receive all the necessary information regarding the reasons for the cancellation. Otherwise, the COMPANY may request immediate compensation from the customer and reserves all rights.
Taxes and bank fees for refunds are borne by the buyer. The refund process will be completed no later than 45 days after the date the cancellation was confirmed.
The COMPANY has ensured the existence of third-party insurance coverage during and due to the provision of its services to the visitor. However, it recommends that visitors consult their personal insurance agent in order to arrange for their travel insurance coverage for any insurance risk that may arise as a result of the trip (accident or illness or anything that may cause damage to the visitor based on his/her own criteria. For any accident or injury caused by third parties, the COMPANY bears no responsibility.
The COMPANY bears no responsibility in the event that the visitor falls ill due to poor quality food, water, drinks, falls, accidents or anything that may be caused due to visiting restaurants, cafes, archaeological sites, museums, hotels, etc. of the Visitor's choice visitor must ensure its protection against all weather conditions.
